Job summary

Graymont Limited is seeking Labourers for the Exshaw Plant in Alberta. This full-time, permanent role offers a pathway to operate equipment in an industrial setting. You’ll join a motivated team, learn on-the-job, and contribute to safe, efficient plant operations.

Starting at a wage of $39.10/hour for the first 90 days, advancing to $42.10/hour, with a monthly safety clothing allowance, comprehensive benefits and a pension plan. Paid training for mobile equipment operation is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs (≈23 kg).
• Self-motivated with good communication and teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Must pass Aptitude Test.
• Pre-employment testing: Fitness to Work, Drug/Alcohol, and background check.

Graymont is seeking Labourers for their Exshaw Plant in Alberta. What You’ll Need
