Job summary

Paramount Alliance Ltd. in Bolton, Ontario is seeking a Construction Labourer to load and unload materials, move them to work areas, and assist form carpenters at various GTA locations. You will erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, and ramps, and help operate and signal equipment on site.

Minimum 2–3 years of construction experience is required. Compensation aligns with the Union Collective Agreement at $47.35 per hour for a full-time position.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in construction.

• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps at construction sites
• Assist form carpenters and other tradespeople in construction activities
• Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and help in other activities
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
• Keep job sites clean and machines serviced
• Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators and tampers as directed
• Perform other activities at construction sites as directed.
