Job summary

FLINT Corp. seeks a Labourer with maintenance experience for a site-based role in Peace River, AB, starting October 19, 2026. You will work a 28-day rotation with 12-hour days and benefits after 300+ hours.

This position does not include camp accommodations, travel allowances, or living-out stipends. Local candidates are preferred, but relocation at your own expense is welcome. Applicants must be able to travel to site, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year abstract, and have a WHMIS

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks in variable conditions.
• Must have own reliable transportation to the job site.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3years’ experience as Labourer.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
