Job summary

Kinetic Construction Ltd. invites applications for Labourers at our Nanaimo site to perform general physical labor on commercial construction projects and operate a range of hand and power tools.

The wage band for this position is $20.00 to $28.67 per hour based on skills and experience. Three weeks of accrued vacation applies to all positions at Kinetic Construction.

Qualifications

• 0+ years experience in the construction industry
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 80 lbs.
• Comfort working with hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and site safety rules.
• Organize work tasks on site.
• Use hand and power tools as required.
• Perform routine trade activities at the Nanaimo site.
• Carry out site work and basic concrete tasks.

• Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Ability to determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do the job
