Kinetic Environmental Ltd. in Victoria, BC seeks a Supervisor to lead site teams on ICI projects, coordinating with PMs and Coordinators to drive project success. The role focuses on supervising site crew, managing safety, and liaising with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in hazardous materials abatement and demolition, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to build solid client relationships and ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) hazardous materials abatement and demolition as a Supervisor.
• Strong ability and proven experience in leading a site crew of various sizes.
• Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive history of working on a site until project completion and success.

Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for a Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all site employees, while effectively managing the project, subtrades and liaising with the client. Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure the project is successful.

The wage for this position is $41.20 - $47.70 an hour and is based on relevant skills and experience. Wagesare paid on a weekly basis.
