Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity in our Vancouver branch for a Supervisor to lead and mentor site employees, manage the project and liaise with the client. Competitive wage of CAD 40.00 - CAD 46.35 per hour based on skills and experience, paid weekly.

Join a strong team—enhance project success with effective communication, safety leadership, and proactive problem solving. 5+ years of ICI abatement experience and Asbestos Level 3 Certification are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) hazardous materials abatement and demolition as a Supervisor.
• Asbestos Level 3 Certification.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with business partnering skills.

Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for a Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all site employees, while effectively managing the project, subtrades and liaising with the client. Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure the project is successful.

The wage for this position is $40.00 - $46.35 an hour and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Wages are paid on a weekly basis.

Position Specifications

• 5+ years experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) hazardous materials abatement and demolition as a Supervisor
• Asbestos Level 3 Certification
• Strong ability and proven experience in leading a site crew of various sizes
• Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Extensive history of working on a site until project completion and success
