Qualifications

• 2-5 ans d'expérience en tant que Labourer souhaitée.

Responsibilities

Labourers are essential in driving production on site and in the trench. They are expected to demonstrate competency to a supervisor or designated mentor in all core responsibilities of a Labourer. It is also expected that they adhere to the policies outlined in Hall’s HSE and actively participate in site organization and safety.

Core Responsibilities :

• Shoveling drilling spoils and concrete.
• Pressure washing and cleaning the tops of finished piles.
• Utilizing a bandsaw to trim the center bar.
• Completing basic math calculations and using a measuring tape.
• Working around foundation drilling equipment.
• Working 10-12 hours per shift, when required.

You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills :

Qualifications :

• Pass a pre-access alcohol and drug test.
• 2-5 years of experience is preferred.
• Piling / Foundation Drilling experience is a benefit. CFA experience is preferred.
• Able to travel to BC and Saskatchewan, as required.

Technical Skills :

• Must know how to operate a pressure washer.
• Knowledge of safe work procedures.
• Ability to identify various types of hazards on site.
• Understanding of hand signals for spotting concrete trucks and crane signals.

Interpersonal Skills :

• Great attitude towards safety.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a team environment.
