Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
First Onsite Restoration is seeking a hands-on Labourer to join our on-site teams in Ontario. You will load and travel to customer sites, assist with debris removal, equipment setup, demolition, and cleanup, while learning from experienced crew members.
This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and contributing to a positive, organized job environment. You will work with basic tools, use mobile devices for workflow, and adhere to on-site safety procedures.
If you're hands-on, hardworking, and eager to learn a skilled trade, this could be the perfect fit for you. You'll work with experienced crew members, operate tools and equipment, and help ensure job sites stay clean, safe, and organized. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the restoration industry and gain experience in water damage/fire damage etc.
As a Labourer, you're part of the action! You love helping turn damaged spaces into fresh starts. You'll load up the FIRST ONSITE truck and head to customer sites/homes where every job brings something different. One day, you might be clearing debris or setting up equipment; the next, helping with demolition or cleanup. You'll learn from experienced teammates and take pride in leaving each site better and safer than when you arrived. Your hard work and drive keep projects on track and customers one step closer to getting their spaces/homes back.
