Job summary

All-Fab Building Components LP is seeking a focused team member to assemble trusses and maintain a safe, efficient workspace in our Brandon-area production facility.

You will collaborate with others to ensure high-quality components, monitor materials and tools, and adhere to safety practices throughout each shift. This hands-on role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using common hand tools and accurately reading tape measurements in feet, inches, and sixteenths.
• Able to understand and follow written job instructions.
• Clear communicator in both spoken and written formats.
• Dependable team contributor with a strong commitment to safety.
• Organized, attentive to detail, and able to stay productive throughout the shift.
• Open to learning new skills and offering suggestions that support ongoing improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the workstation at the start of each assignment in coordination with the Team Leader.
• Construct trusses in line with company standards and training.
• Monitor the quality of materials, tools, and completed work, reporting any problems as needed.
• Keep the area neat and orderly during operations and before leaving for the day.
• Follow proper safety practices when using equipment and machinery.
