The ideal candidates will have a background in workplace investigations and human rights law, and a commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in labour and/or employment law.
• Experience with grievance arbitrations and Labour Relations Board files.
• Ability to work collaboratively and value diversity.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on workplace-related civil claims.
• Represent clients in matters before various tribunals.
• Conduct mediations and provide training on respectful workplace.
