Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1-6 years of experience practicing labour and employment law and must be called to the British Columbia Bar.

This role provides a chance to work on complex labour and employment issues, including client counseling, legal research, litigation strategy, and compliance training.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for supporting employers in labour and employment matters.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $195,000 CAD, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
