Job summary

TDW is seeking a Laborer/Welders helper in Canada (Nisku) to support pipeline repair operations, assist welders in shop and field fabrication, and help install Petro Sleeve product across Canada.

Requires a high school diploma or GED; vocational certification preferred. Travel regularly with overnight stays, work up to seven days a week, and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening. Class 5 Driver's License (Non-GDL) required; CSTS 09, First Aid, H2S Alive, WHMIS tickets are assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Vocational Certification preferred.
• Experience in energy or oil & gas, pipeline, or water & sewage industries is a plus.
• Two years’ experience disassembling and maintaining mechanical components is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Welders with daily tasks.
• Load, unload, and lift equipment, supplies, and product.
• Support fabrication, construction, and installation projects from start to finish.
• Clean and organize the shop and yard.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
