Job Location

Victoria, British Columbia

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manually separate and sort materials from mixed loads
2. Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
3. Direct traffic safely on-site as needed
4. Operate a front-end loader and excavator safely and efficiently (part-time operation)
5. Assist in load screening and spotting duties
6. Perform manual tasks such as lifting/moving materials (up to 65 lbs)
7. Follow all safety protocols and instructions with limited supervision
8. Complete other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

1. Valid driver’s license
2. Ability to lift and move up to 65 pounds regularly
3. Basic reading, writing, and math skills
4. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
5. Experience operating equipment such as loaders/excavators (asset)
6. Forklift certification and first aid tickets are assets
7. Must meet safety-sensitive function criteria as per company standards
