Job summary

Ledcor Building is seeking a General Laborer to support on-site construction activities in Edmonton. You will assist skilled tradespeople and project teams, learn industry standards, and help maintain a safe, organized work site while contributing to high-quality outcomes.

Daily shift Monday–Friday, outdoors in varying weather, with benefits through CLAC and a comprehensive health package. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial construction field.

As a General Laborer at Ledcor, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects. Essential Responsibilities:

• Complete general Laborer tasks as directed by the superintendent or foreman on site.
• Work closely with all crew members, and learn the construction industry standards
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work site
• Ensure quality of work meets or exceeds expectations
• Ensure all small tools assigned to the crew are cleaned, stored and maintained properly

Work Conditions:

• Daily shift Monday – Friday, working 8 hours per day
