About the Role:

Aegis Industrial Finishing is looking for a General Labourer to support the smooth flow of our production floor and help keep our work areas clean and organized. It's a great entry point into learning how Aegis works, with a real path to grow into more specialized roles as you build experience.

What You'll Do:

• Assist production staff as instructed.
• Help move product through the shop.
• Contribute effectively to production.
• Follow best practices and standard operating procedures as trained.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area and equipment.
• Work safely and follow all site safety procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving product (never lifting more than 50 lbs alone).
• Attention to detail, with respect and appreciation for order and cleanliness.
• Understands and demonstrates our company core values.

Safety:

• Appropriate PPE required at all times.
• When moving or hanging parts, never lift more than 50 lbs on your own.
• Approved steel-toe footwear and hearing protection required when on the shop floor for extended periods.
