This role supports a range of physical tasks on job sites, including lifting, site prep, material handling and equipment checks.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Strong listening skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Understanding of PPE and safety rules.
• Reliable, punctual with flexible overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lifting, carrying, digging, loading and unloading materials.
• Clean and prepare job sites, clear debris, sweep and organize areas.
• Use shovels, drills and saws under supervision to complete tasks safely.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment.
