Laboratory Technician - Molecular Biology

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician for our embryo production team in St-Hyacinthe. The successful candidate will report to the supervisor and be responsible for executing molecular biology techniques according to established procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform laboratory techniques such as lysis, genomic amplification, RT-PCR, purification, and dosage.
2. Prepare and maintain the work station.
3. Collaborate by collecting data and conducting quality controls to ensure compliance.
4. Analyze data effectively.
5. Maintain and monitor laboratory materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

• College diploma in biotechnology (DEC) or related field.
• Analytical thinking, autonomy, and rigor.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in a molecular biology laboratory.
• Experience in cell culture is an asset.
• Knowledge of English is an asset.
