Job summary

SGS is seeking a Laboratory Technician for Winnipeg, MB, rotating to Red Lake, ON, on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule. The role involves routine testing, sample handling, LIMS data entry, and calibration of lab equipment. A high school diploma is required with science coursework favored; no prior experience is needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing and analysis following written instructions.
• Log samples into LIMS accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain calibration and setup of lab equipment and prepare standards/reagents.
• Assist in sample preparation, batch analysis, QC, and data interpretation.
