CannAmm is seeking a Collector Technician to generate value through exceptional customer service. This permanent part-time position based in Edmonton involves various testing responsibilities, including drug and alcohol testing, and requires specialized certifications. The successful candidate will be reliable, organized, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills, ready to support health surveillance services.
The role of the Collector Technician is to create value for CannAmm and its customers, through superior customer service. The Collector Technician is aligned to ensure that clients feel secure, valued and respected through all processes. The Collector Technician is a member of the CannAmm Operations Team. This position is assigned within the CannAmm network and may include, medical surveillance, mobile testing, RSAP and on the call back rotation (24 / 7). The Collector Technician will report directly to the Collection Site Supervisor / Manager Collection Site Services. The Supervisor (or Manager for locations without a supervisor) is the first point of contact in the areas of competency, quality, operational workflow, customer service, safety and administration (i.e. time sheet, scheduling). This position interacts daily with other members of the Operations team and is unique in that it has a direct relationship with clients and donors within the CannAmm network.

Shift Hours : Monday to Friday, 1300 - 1600; On-call and Shy bladder rotation
