What you can expect to do here:

  • Conduct testing in accordance with company processes and national standards.
  • Perform testing on soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Ensure the laboratory is kept in a safe, clean, and tidy condition, and that equipment is maintained and in good working order.
  • Uphold the security of the laboratory and its confidential records.
  • Report all non-conforming product test samples in line with quality procedures and store them until their related issues are resolved.

What you'll bring to WSP:

  • Prior experience in laboratory testing, particularly with soils, aggregates, and concrete.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision within a small team.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all testing procedures.
