Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Trois-Rivières seeks a customer-focused team member to be the primary contact with customers, upholding confidentiality, empathy and professionalism in every interaction.

You will respond to requests within applicable guidelines, perform follow-ups by phone, restock merchandise displays, and contribute to a fun, collaborative work environment with flexible hours. French language proficiency is required.

Within your team, your essential role will be:
