The Jean Coutu Group in Magog is seeking a customer service associate to act as the first point of contact for customers with a focus on confidentiality, empathy and professionalism.

You will respond to customer requests within the legal limits, perform phone follow-ups, restock merchandise displays, and support a fun, collaborative work environment with flexible hours. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
