Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Montérégie, Brossard, is seeking a customer-facing team member to act as the primary contact with customers and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

You will respond to requests within legal limits, perform follow-ups on calls, and restock merchandise displays, contributing to a friendly, efficient store environment.

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• be the primary contact with customers; your confidentiality, empathy and professionalism will be put to good use;
• respond to customer requests within the legal limits applicable to the position while respecting the confidentiality of disclosed information;
• do the phone calls follow-up;
• restock merchandise displays.
