This job is for a current vacancy. The Role: Medcan's Laboratory and Clinic Testing team is seeking a qualified and compassionate Phlebotomist for a Full-Time position. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in venipuncture, capillary collection, and specimen handling with knowledge of medical laboratory terminology and will ensure accurate and safe collection and processing of blood and other samples within our clinic and laboratory. This role is pivotal in delivering a high-quality client experience and supporting clinical operations. Excellent communication and client service is a must to be successful in this role. Our downtown Toronto clinic is conveniently located at 150 York St. This job is for a current vacancy.
This is a Full-Time position that is scheduled for 8.5-hour shifts during 6:30 am - 7:30 pm Monday through Saturday. This role reports to the Manager, Laboratory Services.
Position Pay Range $36,374.00 - $50,014.25 CAD annually Pay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications within the role's compensation grade. Medcan's compensation ranges are determined by a combination of required qualifications and skills, market value, and internal equity. The above range pertains solely to the base compensation and is not inclusive of additional compensation details such as perks, benefits, and potential bonuses or incentives.
