Job summary

Public Health Ontario in Toronto is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support Inventory Management, including ordering, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of lab supplies and finished products.

The role requires forklift operation, experience with ERP systems such as Sage Accpac, and strong attention to detail. This is a 5-month contract, full-time, with standard warehouse hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; forklift certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Accpac is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, count, and track incoming supplies; prepare deliveries.
• Match goods received to packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and generate stock reports.
• Stock replenishment and internal delivery within the lab and warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and ensure safe handling of hazardous materials.
