Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking a Lab Data Entry Clerk for the Grain & Crop Inputs division in Winnipeg, MB. This part-time contract role involves accurate documentation of grain test results for growers, traders, and facilities.

You will support the Quality Control Manager and Lab Technicians, with standard duties including logging results, answering inquiries, and assisting with equipment maintenance. Position ends Dec 2026.

Your Team

Grain & Crop Inputs: The Grain & Crop Inputs Division connects Canadian farmers to markets across the country and beyond. With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.

As Lab Data Entry Clerk, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the accurate documentation of various test results on the quality and condition of grain samples for growers, traders and P&H’s various facilities. This position will assist the Quality Control Manager and Lab Technicians with additional duties as assigned.

This Lab Data Entry Clerk is a is a part time contract role. You must be available to work until December 2026, Monday to Friday.

Day to Day

• Reporting/logging detailed results of tests and samples
  Responding to general questions via Quality Control inbox
  Performing maintenance checks on equipment and log maintenance activities
