KPMG Community Impact Day (KCID) is a unique opportunity to experience KPMG’s Impact strategy firsthand and to see how you can make an impact in your community. At KPMG we empower our people to reach their full potential through engaging with our communities and we want you to join us.

What You Will Do

At KPMG, supporting communities is at the heart of what we do. In collaboration with a leading not-for-profit organization, we’re offering an immersive experience designed to deepen your understanding of the challenges many individuals and families face every day. Through this interactive simulation, you’ll explore real-life scenarios that reflect the difficult decisions people must make when navigating financial hardship.

This experience is more than just a learning opportunity—it’s a reflection of KPMG’s commitment to making a meaningful difference. You’ll also have the chance to connect with professionals from our audit, tax, and advisory practices across the country, and hear how they contribute to their communities through their work.

Whether you're exploring career paths or simply want to understand how purpose and impact are woven into the fabric of KPMG, KCID is your opportunity to engage, learn, and be inspired.

What You Bring To The Role

You are an undergraduate business or STEM student with a strong academic record and an interest the professional services industry. You enjoy building meaningful and impactful relationships to enable positive change in your local community and are motivated and focused on achieving the personal and career goals that you set.

KCID is designed for undergraduate business and STEM students who have not received a future-dated offer from KPMG.

  • At KPMG in Canada, “do work that matters” means contributing meaningfully to our clients, people, and the communities we serve in ways both big and small. Not only do we participate in purposeful and impactful work every day, but the people at KPMG are encouraged to give to causes they are passionate about in their communities.
  • Please provide two (2) examples of how you have done “work that matters” throughout your undergraduate journey. I.e., In your community, school, employment positions, etc.
  • Cover letter should not exceed 1 page
