They design and implement knowledge management strategies, facilitate knowledge sharing, and foster a culture of organizational learning and innovation.

Responsibilities :
  1. Developing and Implementing Knowledge Management Strategies : Design processes for capturing, storing, and retrieving organizational knowledge, and promote a culture that encourages knowledge sharing.
  2. Managing Knowledge Repositories : Maintain and update knowledge bases, ensuring information is accurate, current, and accessible.
  3. Facilitating Knowledge Sharing : Promote collaboration and communication across employees, departments, and external stakeholders.
  4. Identifying and Assessing Knowledge Needs : Understand knowledge gaps within the organization and develop strategies to address them.
