Qualifications

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Küchenleitung oder als Chefkoch.
  • Erfahrung in der Zubereitung und als Linienkoch ist erforderlich.

What We Offer :

  • Compensation Breakdown :
  • Base salary is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and performance.
  • Tip-share amount for KMs is approximately $10,000 per year – with arguably the best tip sharing system for cooks you've ever seen.
  • Bonus program amounts to $5,000 - $10,000 per year depending on the financial performance of the business. Results are rewarded.
  • Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary + tips, with the maximum including full salary potential, tip + bonus.
  • Extended Health & Dental Benefits after 3 months.
  • Monthly Technology Allowance.
  • Monthly “Wellness / Active Lifestyles” Reimbursement.
  • Monthly MeeT Bucks card – a house tab to be used in any location at your discretion.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of full-service head chef / kitchen management experience
  • 2+ years prep and line cook experience
  • Warm, friendly, focused, professional, inclusive disposition and presence
