Job summary

Un restaurant bien établi recherche un superviseur de cuisine pour gérer les opérations quotidiennes. Vous serez responsable de la supervision du personnel, de la gestion des fournitures, et de garantir que les normes de qualité sont respectées. Nous recherchons une personne possédant un diplôme pertinent et un certificat de manipulation des aliments qui puisse apporter son expertise au sein de l'équipe.

Qualifications

  • Expérience de 7 mois à moins d'un an dans un rôle de supervision.
  • Doit avoir un certificat de manipulation des aliments.

Responsibilities

  • Superviser et coordonner les activités du personnel.
  • Gérer les fournitures de cuisine et estimer les besoins en ingrédients.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
