AMK Global is hiring a Kitchen Manager for a busy restaurant environment. Looking for a hands‑on leader who can confidently run daily kitchen operations, maintain quality standards, and lead a strong BOH team during high‑volume service and large events.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day‑to‑day kitchen operations and service execution.
• Be present and support the team during peak service periods and events.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and speed of service.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule BOH staff.
• Manage labour costs, food cost, inventory, and ordering.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in a Kitchen Manager or similar BOH leadership role.
• Experience working in high‑volume and event‑driven kitchens.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of food cost, labour management, and inventory control.
• Valid Food Safety Certification (required).
