Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino is seeking a Casino Dishwasher to maintain sanitary conditions in the food services area. You will clean dishware, pots, pans, and utensils, operate dishwashing machines, and assist with general kitchen cleaning and organization.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with emphasis on OHSA compliance and safe chemical handling.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of foodservice establishments.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans and utensils used in food service daily.
• Operate commercial electric dishwashing and sanitation machines.
• Hand-wash large pots and pans as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors; wipe counters and surfaces.
• Store cleaned items promptly and organize storage areas.
• Maintain clean working areas and equipment; follow health and safety practices.
