Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas. You will follow procedures to maintain an orderly, safe workspace and support a fast-paced culinary team.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils based on procedures
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler and related equipment
• Maintain dish and kitchen areas ensuring cleanliness and safety
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other prep surfaces
• Remove trash and manage waste disposal
• Assist in loading, unloading and transfer of supplies
