Job summary

Gold Eagle Casino is seeking a dependable team member to help maintain clean glassware and smooth dining operations at Dakota Dunes Casino. The role involves washing and storing kitchenware, assisting with cleaning and general kitchen maintenance, and supporting inventory efforts on-site.

Ideal candidates will have familiarity with a commercial kitchen environment and may possess a Food Safe Handling Certificate.

Qualifications

• Combination of relevant education, training and/or experience.
• Successful completion of Food Safe Handling Certificate would be an asset.
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen would be preferred.
• Experience in working with diverse situations and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and wash soiled kitchen and tableware.
• Put away clean kitchen and tableware.
• Carry out general cleaning and kitchen maintenance.
• Assist with inventory tasks.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure safe and efficient preparation of food.

Responsibilities

Receiving and washing soiled kitchen and tableware. Putting away clean kitchen and tableware. Carrying out general cleaning and kitchen maintenance. Assisting with inventory tasks. Working effectively as part of a team, to ensure the safe and efficient preparation of food. Handling other tasks as required, to support other areas of the Casino's food service.
