Job summary

Pizza Hut in Prince Rupert, BC invites applications for the role of Kitchen helper. We seek a self-disciplined individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our team on permanent, full-time basis with rotating shifts.

The successful candidate will perform kitchen sanitation, receive and store supplies, manage waste, clean floors, and prep vegetables. Training is provided; English fluency is required and a high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Responsibilities

• The candidate must clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• The candidate will be responsible for removing kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• The candidate will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors.
• The candidate will be responsible for washing, peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits.
