Tito’s Pizza in Arthur, Ontario is hiring a Kitchen helper on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced restaurant team, maintain clean dishes and tables, and assist with food preparation and order coordination.

The role requires English fluency, a high school diploma, and 7 months to under 1 year of related experience. A good team player with initiative and strong communication skills is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• Package take-out food for customers.
• Portion and wrap foods and prepare, heat, and finish simple items.
• Take customer orders and assist with serving at counters or buffet tables.
• Handle, store, and replenish supplies and cleaning products.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in storage areas.

• The candidate will be responsible for bringing clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas as well as setting tables.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• The candidate must be able to use dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• The candidate must place dishes in the storage area.
• The candidate must replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• The candidate must sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• The candidate will be responsible for packaging take-out food.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate will be responsible for serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
• The candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders.
• The candidate must clean, peel, slice, and trim foods using both manual and electrical appliances.
• The candidate must be capable of handling and storing cleaning products.
• The candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• The candidate must sharpen kitchen knives.
• The candidate will be responsible for washing, peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits.
