Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bring clean dishes, flatware, and items to serving areas and set tables.
• Carry and replace linen.
• Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• Load buspans and trays.
• Use dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• Place dishes in the storage area.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Take customer orders.
• Clean and sanitise the kitchen surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.

• The candidate will be responsible for bringing clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas as well as setting tables.
• The candidate will be responsible for carrying and replacing linen.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• The candidate must load buspans and trays.
• The candidate must be able to use dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• The candidate must place dishes in the storage area.
• The candidate will be responsible for stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
• The candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders.
