A Cook Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and established standards, contributing to the hotel's ongoing efforts to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Cook Supervisor, you will oversee and participate in preparing food according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and sanitation, managing guest orders, maintaining knowledge of menu items, stock levels, inspecting food, practicing proper food handling, developing team performance, and preparing requisitions. The hourly rate is $20.75, based on experience and location.
