Longo's is seeking a Kitchen Assistant Department Manager who is passionate about food and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will assist the Food Service Manager to prepare the department for daily operations and deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of food service experience, strong customer service and leadership skills, and the ability to coach staff, manage inventory, and uphold health and safety standards.
