Job summary

Longo's is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Department Manager - Full Time to support the Customer Service Manager and prepare the department for daily operations in a busy retail setting.

You will motivate and mentor team members, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding health, safety, and loss-prevention policies. Availability for days, evenings, and weekends is required; some off-site events may occur.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service department.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with Team Members and Customers.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Strong creativity skills and ability to create eye catching displays.
• Ability to role model and inspire behaviour consistent with our values.
