Job summary

The Bradley Retirement Living in Kanata, ON is seeking an experienced Dining Services Manager to oversee our restaurant and private dining operations, creating memorable experiences for residents and guests. Lead front‑of‑house staff, ensure exceptional dining experiences, and manage scheduling, training, inventory, and beverage operations.

You will maintain high food safety and customer service standards while supporting special events and community functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in dining, hospitality, or restaurant services.
• Food Handler Certification and Liquor Permit (or ability to obtain)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
