Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Live out our mission, vision, and culture statements.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee manual, with an emphasis on the customer service model.
• Adopt a client-focused attitude: build authentic, caring relationships that foster long-term business.
• Adhere to all Shoe Solutions etiquette, utilizing your expertise to deepen the in-store customer experience.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of all products and services, including:
• Fit Tech training
• Compression sock training
• Customer scanning technology
• Proactively seek training opportunities to enhance your skills, using staff guidance, vendor resources, or refresher courses.
• Contribute to store cleanliness in areas such as the sales floor, stock rooms, offices, and assessment room.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.
• Assist with store opening and closing duties.
• Keep your work schedule up to date, using your calendar consistently for all activities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Annual Vacation: 2 weeks (80 hours maximum, to be used within the calendar year; hours cannot be carried over unless otherwise approved).
• Lunch Breaks: 30-minute paid lunch break (specific times to be determined; extensions available upon request).
