Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a Full-Time Registered Kinesiologist to join a dynamic clinic. This role involves both on-site and off-site responsibilities, including conducting assessments and providing support in the mining sector. Description

We are searching for a Full-Time Registered Kinesiologist to join our dynamic clinic.

On-site duties will include:

  • Post Offer Employment Screening
  • Functional/Physical Abilities Assessments
  • Audiometry assessments
  • Pulmonary function tests
  • Drug screening
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Off-site duties will include:

  • Ergonomic Assessments
  • Physical Demands Analysis
  • Return to work assistance
  • Equipment consults

Offsite locations are generally in the mining sector.

On-the-job training will be provided. Advanced computer skills are an asset. This clinic is fast-paced with a multidisciplinary philosophy.

The successful candidate must:

  • Be registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario or have the ability to be registered and demonstrate experience in assessing and reporting functional/physical abilities.
  • Have a “G” driver’s license.
  • Be a self-starter who can work alone or collaboratively.
  • Use time efficiently.
  • Be respectful of coworkers and clients.
  • Demonstrate good oral and written skills, providing a high-quality, consistent product.
  • Recognize and pursue opportunities for improving worksites and use forward thinking to identify future needs.

Bilingualism is considered an asset. Wages will be based on experience.
