Job summary

The Muslim Association of Canada in Canada is seeking teachers to deliver high-quality instruction for Kindergarten to Grade 8/12. You will create engaging lessons, foster academic growth, and support personal development while maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom.

You will assess student progress, provide feedback to students and parents, collaborate with colleagues and staff, and uphold MAC's ethical code and school policies through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include an ECE diploma and a Bachelor of Education or related post secondary education.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Provincial teaching certification (Ontario OCT).
• Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the responsibilities listed above.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction to Kindergarten to Grade 8/12 students.
• Foster intellectual and personal development of each student.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to build a positive learning community.
