Job Description

As a Key Holder, reporting to the Store Manager, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring store standards, and supporting sales initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about fashion and looking to step into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

1. Provide a positive shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty
2. Operate register functions, promote sales, and utilize product knowledge to increase sales
3. Maintain visual standards across the store
4. Handle store opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings at least two weekdays
• Full availability on Saturdays and Sundays
