As a Key Holder, reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by making customers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

Day in the life:

1. Provide an engaging shopping experience to foster customer loyalty.
2. Handle register functions, utilizing sales, promotions, and product knowledge to increase sales.
3. Maintain visual standards and support sales floor coverage.
4. Manage store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings on at least two weekdays.
• Full availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
