Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to support the management team and maintain a welcoming, customer-focused environment at White Oaks Mall.

You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, process transactions accurately, and use product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales while upholding merchandising standards. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (experience with opening/closing responsibilities is preferred).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.
