Reitmans is seeking a Part-time Key Holder in London, Ontario to support management in creating a welcoming, customer-focused store environment. You will bring energy, fashion sense, and a customer-first mindset to sales floor activities, fitting room assistance, and cash desk transactions.

You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience, drive add-on sales with current promotions, and maintain merchandising standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (experience with opening/closing responsibilities is preferred).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.
