RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited in Montreal, QC seeks a dedicated Key Holder to support the management team in creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment reflecting the brand’s image. You bring energy, style expertise, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction, whether on the sales floor, in the fitting room, or at the cash desk.

Your reliability and attention to detail ensure smooth store operations and an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong customer service with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.
