Bath Depot in Halifax is actively seeking a proactive 3rd Key Holder to supervise the in-store team, drive daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with customers. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the team and supporting store performance.

This role requires 1–2 years in sales or team management, flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts, and a strong leadership mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in retail sales.
1–2 years in sales or team management.
Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and effective communication.
Solid organizational and planning skills.
High school diploma is an asset.

Responsibilities

Supervise, motivate, and support in-store team.
Maintain high standards of customer service and a great shopping experience.
Encourage team members to achieve goals.
Reach sales goals, including SPH (Sales Per Hour) and DPT (Dollars Per Transaction).
Review sales reports and adapt strategies accordingly.
Assist Store Manager in daily operations.
Support onboarding of new staff.
Provide consistent follow-up with customers.
Handle store opening and closing procedures as needed.
Promote visual merchandising and adhere to policies.
Manage inventory according to established processes.
